Most jobs fall between $150–$650. A standard driveway is around $150–$300. A whole-house soft wash on a 2,000 sq ft home is typically $250–$450. Roofs, fleet jobs, and commercial work are quoted on-site. Every estimate is free and itemized — no hourly surprise bills.
Not when it's done right. We use soft washing on everything that shouldn't take high pressure — siding, painted surfaces, roofs, windows, screens. Soft washing relies on detergent + low pressure (think garden-hose level) instead of force. We only use higher pressure on concrete, brick and other hard surfaces designed to take it.
Yes — fully insured with general liability and workers' compensation. We're happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance to any commercial customer or HOA before we start work.
For most NC homes, once every 12–18 months is the sweet spot to prevent algae and mildew from taking hold. Concrete in shaded areas may need more frequent cleaning. Roofs typically every 2–4 years.
No. Most exterior jobs we can complete with you at work — we just need access to an outside spigot and any gates. We send a "we're here" text on arrival and a "we're done, here's how it looks" walk-through video when we leave.
Plant safety is built into our process. We pre-soak shrubs and grass with fresh water, tarp delicate landscaping when needed, and rinse everything down at the end. Our soft-wash mix is biodegradable.
