- To respond to your quote request, prepare an estimate, and schedule service.
- To follow up if you've expressed interest but we haven't heard back.
- To send appointment reminders and walk-through summaries.
- To improve our services and the customer experience.
How we share it
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Our internal team (Zane Ector, Caden Baker) to fulfill your request.
- Service providers who help us operate (e.g. email delivery), under confidentiality agreements.
- Law enforcement, only if required by law.
How we protect it
Your data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on encrypted infrastructure. Contact data is retained only as long as needed to serve you, plus a reasonable record-keeping period for tax and warranty purposes.
