Terms of Service

By accessing ectorpressurewashing.com (the "Site") or requesting service from Ector Pressure Washing ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms.

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes are free and provided in good faith based on the information you share with us. The price may need to be adjusted on-site if conditions differ from what was described — we'll always discuss any changes with you before performing additional work.

Service Performance

We aim to perform every job to a professional standard. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the work, please let us know during the walk-through and we will make it right at no additional cost.

Liability

We carry general liability insurance ($2M) and workers' compensation. We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions (e.g. lifted siding, soft mortar, failing seals, lifted shingles, exposed wiring, deteriorated wood). We will identify visible issues before starting work and discuss them with you.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide reasonable access to outdoor water and the work area.
• Inform us of any delicate plants, exposed wiring, broken windows or structural concerns.
• Secure pets indoors during the work.
• Close all windows and doors before our scheduled arrival.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion unless other arrangements have been made in writing. Commercial customers may request invoiced terms (Net-15 or Net-30). Past-due balances may accrue interest at 1.5% per month.

Cancellation

Please give us at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a trip fee.

The content on this site is for informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce or use our brand assets without written permission. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Site means you accept the current version.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
